Refund Policy

FoundrWorks inc. provides professional business setup assistance and consulting services. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services.

 

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Business entity setup

  • Documentation preparation

  • Consulting time

  • Strategy sessions

  • Digital deliverables

All sales are final once payment is made, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Work begins once payment is received and required intake information is submitted.

 

No Refunds for Completed or In-Progress Work

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already begun

  • Completed filings or submissions

  • Time spent on consultations or strategy sessions

  • Delays caused by third-party agencies or providers

  • Client failure to provide required information

 

Consultations & Missed Appointments

  • Missed Zoom calls without prior notice may be forfeited

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed appointments do not qualify for refunds

 

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made in error

  • Services have not yet begun

  • A written request is submitted promptly

Any approved refund is issued at the sole discretion of FoundrWorks inc. and may be subject to processing fees.

 

Third-Party Fees

Government filing fees, third-party processing fees, and external service costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact FoundrWorks inc. directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees.
