Requirements Before You Begin Your 2 Corporation Setup
Please review this checklist to ensure you have everything required. You will need this information ready when you complete the intake form after payment.
You will receive an email with a link to required Form.
⚠️ Important: No Home Addresses Allowed
Both corporations must use a virtual office or commercial business address.
Residential addresses, UPS boxes, and PO Boxes are not accepted.
Responsible Party Information
You must have the following ready:

✔ SSN or ITIN
✔ Date of Birth
✔ Residential Address (for IRS EIN only)
✔ Phone Number
✔ Email Address
✔ Title (Owner / President)
This information is private and used for EIN + corporate filings only.
For Corporation #1 and Corporation #2, you need:
✔ Desired Corporation Name
✔ Backup name (in case it is taken)
✔ State of Formation
✔ Business Purpose / Industry
✔ Preferred Domain Name (optional)
✔ Logo (optional)
Business Address (For BOTH Corporations)
You MUST provide a commercial or virtual office address:
✔ Virtual Office (recommended)
✔ Co-working office (WeWork, Industrious, Regus)
✔ Commercial office suite
✔ Real leased office
Not accepted:
❌ Home address
❌ PO Box
❌ UPS Store Box
❌ USPS Mailbox
Additional Notes You Should Know
Setup takes 5–7 business days
✔ Intake form must be filled after payment
✔ Refunds are not available after intake is submitted
✔ EIN processing requires correct responsible party info
✔ Make sure corporation names are spelled correctly
✔ You must own or be authorized to use your business address
