Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy • All services must be booked online. • Bookings are manually approved after reviewing your submitted information. • Payment is NOT required at the time of booking. • Payment will be charged at start of session. • Clients must provide accurate contact information for follow-up materials, confirmations, and document delivery. Submission Requirements • Clients must complete the Pre-Session Form & Signature at least 48 hours (2 full days) before the scheduled session. • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled if the required information is not submitted on time. • Missing or incomplete information can result in appointment denial or delay. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Clients may reschedule or cancel their booking online up to 24 hours before the session. • If required information is not submitted 48 hours prior, the session may be rescheduled at the discretion of Foundrworks. If cancelled or rescheduled under one hour before Zoom call a 50% fee will apply. • Once the session begins and services are delivered, all payments are final. Refund Policy • No refunds are issued after the session starts or once services have been delivered. • Refunds are not issued for cancellations related to missing, inaccurate, or late client information. • Invoices not paid before the session will result in automatic cancellation. Payment Terms • Payment will be completed at the beginning the session. • At start of Zoom session card will be processed.
